About Jeanne Newton Schoborg
The Midwest is where I grew up, but as a child, I traveled to three continents with my parents and sister. My family's jewelry business took us everywhere! There wasn't a museum, monument, pyramid, or castle we missed along the way...Dad and a multitude of tour guides made certain of that! From the age of nine till we turned eighteen, our summers were filled with the sights, sounds, and tastes of the world. I attended Stephen's College from 1974 to 1979 where I graduated with a B.A. in Studio Art. I minored in Equestrian Science, of course! Now, one would expect I learned a lot from those 5 years, but I really didn't...at least, not what I was looking for. It was the mid seventies and well...you remember the seventies? Horse art was...

Awesome depiction of one of the greatest thoroughbreds of all time! I got to see him in Kentucky at Claiborne Farm running in his paddock, mane & tail streaming..this was back in the early to mid 80s. f/l
